Motorcycle Tour Policy
1. Booking and Reservations: * All tours must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your spot. * Full payment is required [60] days before the tour date.
2. Cancellations and Refunds: * Cancellations made [60] days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. * No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within [40] days of the tour date or for no-shows.
3. Tour Requirements: * Participants must have a valid motorcycle license and be in good health. * Riders are required to wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, gloves, and boots.
4. Safety and Conduct: * All participants must follow the guide’s instructions and adhere to traffic laws. * Reckless behavior or failure to comply with safety guidelines will result in removal from the tour without a refund.
5. Motorcycle Use: * Participants may use their own motorcycles or rent from our fleet. Rented motorcycles must be returned in the same condition as received. * Any damage to rented motorcycles will be the responsibility of the rider.
6. Liability: * The company is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property during the tour. * All participants must sign a liability waiver before the tour begins.
7. Weather Conditions: * Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather conditions. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or refund.
8. Insurance: * It is recommended that participants have personal travel and health insurance. * Motorcycle insurance is required for all riders.
9. Emergency Situations: * In the event of an emergency, the tour guide will follow the appropriate safety protocols and contact emergency services if necessary. This policy aims to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while protecting the interests of the tour company.
