Morocco is a land of dramatic contrasts, requiring a balance between the snow-capped Atlas Mountains and the heat of the Sahara Desert. Our itineraries are timed for the "Golden Windows" of stability.
The Sweet Spot (March – May & September – November): These months offer the most reliable weather. Temperatures average between 20°C and 28°C. In Spring, the valleys are lush and blooming; in Autumn, the desert air is clear and the sunsets are legendary.
The High Summer (June – August): The desert regions become dangerously hot, with temperatures often climbing above 45°C, making off-road sections grueling.
The Winter (December – February): While the desert is pleasant by day, it drops to near freezing at night. More importantly, high mountain passes can be blocked by snow, cutting off key transit routes.
