ADVPATHS is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website. We have adopted a series of technical and security measures to ensure that your information reaches us securely and encrypted, without unauthorised third parties being able to access it.

The personal data processed by ADVPATHS GLOBAL S.L. (“ADVPATHS”) are presumed to have been provided by the User and/or Client (the “User”) through the enabled means. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of their data.

Recipients include professionals and staff employed by ADVPATHS, service providers assisting or supporting us, and competent national authorities or administrations in cases provided by law.

ADVPATHS expressly excludes the processing of personal data belonging to minors, except where expressly authorised by parents or legal guardians. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.


3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

In accordance with applicable law, personal data and information provided through any electronic form available on www.advpaths.com (the “Portal”) will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by ADVPATHS.

The purpose of processing is to respond to your request. Questions marked as mandatory must be completed; otherwise, ADVPATHS reserves the right not to process incomplete requests.

Specifically, data processing is carried out for:
– Handling queries, claims, requests, and the exercise of rights by website visitors. 
– Managing service contracts through the website upon user registration. 
– Preventing cyberattacks: monitoring and controlling website use to prevent and detect fraudulent use, unauthorised access, alteration, or loss of information that could give rise to civil, criminal, and/or administrative liabilities.

The legal bases for processing are: 
– The User has voluntarily provided their personal data to ADVPATHS. 
– The contractual relationship between the parties. 
– Legal obligations applicable to ADVPATHS.


5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

ADVPATHS will retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the user’s request. However, certain data must be retained for legal reasons according to the applicable legislation:

Data may be disclosed only: 
– For internal administrative purposes and/or for the aforementioned purposes.

– To public administrations and authorities as required by law.

Any other transfer will be duly communicated, identifying the recipients and purpose.


7. SOURCE OF DATA AND USER CONSENT

User data originate from the forms provided on the Portal. Upon submission, and after accepting the consent checkbox, data are transmitted to ADVPATHS following encryption and security protocols.


8. USER RIGHTS

Users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decisions. Exercise of these rights is free of charge. 

ADVPATHS will respond within one month (extendable by two months if necessary). If requests are unfounded or excessive, ADVPATHS may charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse to act.

Requests may be submitted electronically or by post. If ADVPATHS does not act on your request, it will inform you within one month, explaining the reasons and your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Users may act directly or through legal or voluntary representation.


9. EXERCISING USER RIGHTS

Users agree to use the Portal lawfully and not to harm the interests or systems of ADVPATHS or third parties. Misuse, copying, or extraction of substantial parts of content is prohibited. Users must provide truthful information in any forms submitted.

14. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY 
Only the information provided on www.advpaths.com is official. Social media content is for information only and not binding. ADVPATHS is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on unofficial information or for viruses, service interruptions, or linked third-party content.

15. REPORTING UNLAWFUL OR INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT 
Users aware of any illegal or inappropriate linked sites may notify ADVPATHS at support@advpaths.com, providing identifying details and description of the issue.

16. MISUSE 
Users must not intentionally introduce viruses, attempt unauthorised access, or launch denial-of-service attacks. Any such activity may be reported to the competent authorities.

17. UPDATES 
ADVPATHS reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and Cookies Policy at any time to reflect legislative changes. Significant updates will be communicated appropriately to users.

18. FORCE MAJEURE AND TECHNICAL FAILURES 
ADVPATHS strives to maintain continuous website availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. It shall not be liable for damages arising from failures beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including strikes, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.

19. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 
Spanish law shall govern this Privacy Policy and Legal Notice. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Seville, unless otherwise required by law.
